Drawing inspiration from the vibrant city of Hanoi, where his parents were born and raised, Chef Thai shares his love for the region through its most iconic dish—Cha Ca Hanoi. Known for its turmeric-marinated fish seasoned with a blend of Vietnamese herbs and spices. Now, Chef Thai reimagines this Hanoi classic in our new and improved baguette.
